Reverend Abdul Wadud Memorial Hospital
Rev. Abdul Wadud Memorial Hospital (RAWMH) is the successful manifestation of CSS’ Honorable Founder Chairman Rev. Paul Munshi's dream, which was established in 1988 at Tilok, Rupsha. The hospital conducts its services based on his humanitarian philosophy and provides health care to the people from disadvantaged communities at affordable rate. Located in the middle of lash green land, the 100-bed hospital offers multidisciplinary services through its General, Eye, Mother & Child, Dental, ENT and Orthopedics units as well as pathological unit with X-ray and other diagnostic facilities. A group of dedicated doctors, nurses, technicians and supporting staffs are working as a team in different shifts to ensure non-stop service for the community members. The hospital is located in the outskirt of Khulna city with Rupsha River flowing alongside but having a convenient communication facility due to the Highways and Rupsha Bridge which directly connects the hospital to Khulna city. The hospital also offers financial support for extremely poor patients from Poor Fund. At the same time health camps are held in remote areas on a regular basis to bring healthcare services at the doorstep of the people.
Even during the days of COVID-19 pandemic, RAWMH continued its nonstop services for 24 hours for sick and poor. The fearless doctors, nurses and other healthcare staff dedicated themselves to serve the needy irrespective of the danger of COVID-19.
